We found the resort very beautiful, most of the staff quite helpful and courteous. We could not ask for better weather BUT - Our problems were: #1 - liquid food items (such as salad dressings, hot chocolate, oatmeal) were watered down - therefore not tasting the best it could #2 - alcoholic drinks were made with barely any alcohol -... more

Upon arrival we started a great holiday. We found the rooms were tastefully decorated and the design was to allow all balconies to have some view towards the ocean or open green spaces. The bathrooms are huge and well laid out ( loved the shower) the jacuzzi tub was a novelty. The staff were totally gracious and accommodating as I... more

When we arrived we were booked to stay on the family side. Having read the reviews I knew we should upgrade once we arrived. Unfortuanately we had to stay one night on the family side. It didn't suck..... but there is no comparison to the Royal Suites side. For the extra $450.00 Can., it was by far the best investment... more

This review is based on a stay just over a year ago. Checking reviews for this year's trip reminded me of it, as it keeps popping up as a 4.5 star for reasonable last minute pricing. FLIGHT - Was with Sunwing and was OK. However, be sure you read the fine print on both carry on and checked luggage weights... more

We went to this all inclusive with extended family. We all agreed that the food seemed quite good, the service (despite what I read on other reviews) was actually very good at the buffet with very attentive staff. The rooms are very basic but we spent all our time at the beach and pool. It was my first time to... more

My family, which includes my husband, our 2 children who are 3 and 8, my mom and myself were at the resort from Dec 20 - Dec 27. Previous to booking, I had done my research and felt comfortable with our decision to stay at the Palladium. I would check in weekly to see new updates and quickly became nervous... more

We stayed at the Palladium for a week over Christmas and had both my parents and our young adult daughters with us. We all had a very relaxing and fun stay since there was something here for every age group. My parents loved the quietness of the adult pool, while the kids and us preferred the beach, where we could... more

This was the most disgusting resort I have ever stayed at. I had the unfortuanate experience of staying at the Palladium with 13 of my family members from December 20th to December 27th. We frequently travel to resorts, and this place was unacceptable. This was the second time staying at a Palladium aswell, and what a huge let down we... more

So we just returned from a week stay at the Palladium from Dec. 13-20th. We went as a family of four with two teenagers. This was absolutely one of the best vacations we have ever taken. Layout: The resort is nicely laid out with many covered walking paths that offer a nice opportunity to get away from the hot sun.... more

I arrived in Mexico December 13. I read a bunch of reviews on this hotel and most of them did recommend this hotel. I would like to say that this hotel is seriously awesome. If you read the reviews about people getting eaten alive by bugs and things like that i would disregard. I went with my girlfriend and we... more
