We just returned from a two week stay at Park Royal in Cozumel and absolutely LOVED this hotel. I have never seen such cleanliness in a hotel before. Someone is always cleaning both inside and outside. The food was outstanding. We tried out the mexican and italian alacart restaurants and they were excellent but we mostly ate at the buffet... more

Ore family of 20 spent Thanksgiving at Park Royal, and had a fantastic tme. The rooms were so clean, the views were breath taking. Stayed from Nov. 24-28/08. This resort exceded my expectations! It is beautiful and the entire resort is kept immaculate. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, quiet. We had a room on the seventh floor. Our total family of 20 just finished vacationing in Cozumel at Park Royal. Everything about this trip was top class including our Thanksgiving dinner. The hotel is very nice, especially after renovations after Wilma. The food is very good, even the buffet. The food is above average for AI in Cozumel. And love the pool facing the ocean!
