Very disappointed when we arrived in our one bedroom suite with our 3 children. Very dirty room room, lots of stains on the sofa and the carpet, smell of smoke, old furniture, very small rooms. We stayed 2 nights here. The only complaint is $9.95 plus tax for the internet. Feel now days in a hotel it should be included in the price. Most everywhere I stay internet is free!!! We have just returned from 5 nights at the Delta and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the rooms clean and the facitilites of good quality. We didn't sample the resourant for tea but had breakfast in the dining room which was acceptable if a little lacking as the morning wore on.... more

Our family of four stayed at the Delta on our first trip to Vancouver and loved both the city and the hotel. Rooms are large and well equipped.
