I stayed here with a buddy New Year's day. On the plus side the staff is helpful. However there is a lot more to dislike than compliment. The neighborhood is not very good. Gastown is a tourist trap and it's at the border of East Hastings which is a less savory part of town. There are plenty of interesting characters... more

We were starting off a 3 city tour and were booked at this hotel. The room we were allocated was small but clean and adequate for our 3 night stay, which was Thursday to Sunday. What we didn't bargain was that on Friday and Saturday was that a disco in a club next to the hotel would go on all... more

We stayed here for 5 nights and for value for money and location could not fault it. Bus, train and sea bus (ferry) all within a few minutes walk. Friendly & helpful staff. Decent breakfast included in room price. Rooms are on small side but are clean and all that is needed when you are out of them most of... more

I went on cruise with the family and we were staying here for that night before the cruise. Well we get to the hotel and they told me it was reserved for the hotel across town. Which is not true, cause I called the hotel directly. The little manager tried to talk his way out of it, but I didn't... more

We had a party of six stay here before a cruise and had a positive experience. It is within walking distance of the cruise port. The front desk people, esp. a nice young, tall woman with a great smile who worked days, were top-rate. The rooms are small. but clean and decorated well. We stayed there before the cruise, but... more

We stayed one night here and this is one of the hotels where we probably won't return to although the hotel is really not too bad. The location is really convenient to explore Vancouver by foot. That's for sure the best part of this hotel. Also the rooms are okay. I disliked most the 25$ valet parking which was the... more

Three of us booked the suite (indicated in the website - suitable for 6 people) for a week. The suite was clean and in my opinion, just nice for 4 people. It was too small for 6. The free broadband access was great as 3 of us surfed the web simultaneously. The receptionists were helpful and assisted us in our... more

This is one very friendly hotel which we would not hesitate to recommend. We reserved there for the value but will be back because of the friendly staff and the location. We already knew that we could drop off our suitcases early but when we did that at 9:30 a.m., they gave us the key to our room at 9:30... more

We went to bed around midnight but woke up not long afterwards feeling itchy. We ignored it at first, thinking it was due to a new place and the small beds (twins). It was not until we turned on the lights and saw swollen red bumps all over our arms that we knew it was something else. We ended up... more

We stayed at the Ramada Limited for one night before our cruise. We had a very nice stay. The hotel is small and unimpressive from the outside, but the interior is very nicely decorated and very clean. The room was a little bit small, but this an older hotel and we were very comfortable. The folks at the front desk... more
